High End/Luxury Builds SpecialistsOur builders clean services incorporates multiple cleans throughout the life of your project.Includes any cleans during construction as well as preparation of house for owner's final inspection post construction.All pricing is fixed upon quote acceptance, giving you clarity and peace of mind.Service typically includes
-All dust removed from property. Including inside cupboards, on walls and light fittings. This process requires several rounds of cleaning, we don't just use a feather duster and walk away only to have the dust re-settle!
-Window Cleaning inside and Out including screens, tracks, sills and any pool glass
-All metal surfaces (light fittings, stovetop, rangehood, door handles etc) cleaned and polished
-All floor surfaces (tiles, floorboards, carpet) vacuumed and mopped/polished (if applicable).
-Any scuff marks removed from walls and ceilings
-Full Bathroom clean including showerheads, screens, taps, basins, toilet and cupboards inside and out
-Removal of all stickers and labels from windows, vanities, toilets etc.
-Handrails and banisters cleaned and polished
-Patios and Balconies cleaned
-Fans and Air con units cleaned throughout
-Any cupboards or walk in robes thoroughly cleaned
